ARE YOU A FULL-SERVICE DINE-IN RESTAURANT OR DO YOU JUST SELL BEER?

We are a full-service dine-in restaurant. If you would like a full-service dine-in experience, please take a seat at the bar, seat yourself in the dining or patio areas and a server will take your order. If you are picking up a carry-out order, or would like quick counter service, pop on over to the downstairs bar and place your order at the counter.

We sell beer to-go as well! See our “brew station” at the front of the restaurant for to-go craft beer options.

DO YOU TAKE RESERVATIONS?

We do not take reservations. All tables are sat on a first come first serve basis. We encourage you to arrive early if you plan to dine at a peak time.

CAN I PLACE A DINE-IN ORDER IN ADVANCE OR WHILE WAITING?

Unfortunately, you may not order in advance if you plan to sit at a full-service table, as it negatively impacts the flow of the restaurant and the dining experience for our customers.

DO YOU CATER?

We don’t provide traditional catering services, but we would love to work with you on an advance large order for your event. Give us a call or send us a message on our contact form and we will be back in touch as soon as possible to help ensure that you order the correct amount and stay within your budget. Our phone lines open at 10:00am.

DO YOU DELIVER?

We currently have exclusive delivery with Postmates and you can place an order for delivery on our website by clicking “Delivery by Postmates,” by downloading the Postmates app, or going to www.postmates.com. Service fees for this service are to be determined from time to time by Postmates. We hope that our delivery partner is delivering food in a timely and professional manner. During times of high volume, delivery service may not be available.

DO YOU HAVE VEGAN OPTIONS?

Our dough is 100% vegan and you may substitute vegan cheese on any pizza or Stromboli for a
small upcharge. Garlic knots may also be made vegan by requesting that the kitchen leave off
the pecorino romano.

DO YOU HAVE GLUTEN FREE OPTIONS?

We make our dough from scratch and hand-toss our pies, so there is flour everywhere (in the
mixer, in the ovens, on the make-line, in the air, and covering our kitchen employees).
Unfortunately, as much as we would love to accommodate all dietary restrictions, we just don’t have an area in the kitchen available to dedicate to making truly gluten free items.

NUT ALLERGIES

We use nuts in a number of our products, both food and beer. Please make sure your server knows that you have an allergy, as opposed to a preference. Ask your server to inform the kitchen staff to ensure they take all necessary precautions such as changing gloves between handling an order with nuts and your order.

DO YOU SERVE WINE AND LIQUOR?

In addition to our beer taps we have a full bar that highlights Tennessee spirits (we do have other liquor options too) and 2 wines on tap as well. We have a craft beer cocktail menu that showcases delicious combinations of our beers with Tennessee spirits.

WHAT DAYS ARE YOU CLOSED?

We typically close for Thanksgiving and Christmas Day. We also close from time to time for maintenance, weather, and our annual staff party. Please check our social media for non-holiday closings.
